Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
  • Prepare and manage sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal and contra vouchers.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform regular ledger scrutiny.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and financial documents.
  • Generate reports such as ledger summaries, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet from Tally.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (, , etc.).
  • Certification in Tally or accounting software is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
  • Experience in handling accounts in a similar industry.
