Role Summary :

We're seeking a dynamic and driven
Marketing Team Lead
to join our volunteer team remotely. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health advocacy and skilled in strategic marketing. You'll guide a team of marketers, shape communication strategies, and amplify PANHA's reach across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with PANHA's mission
  • Oversee brand messaging, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Analyze market trends and user insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, community, and partnerships
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and volunteer recruitment through innovative strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for impact and reach

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in
    team leadership
    and
    marketing strategy
  • Strong verbal and written
    communication skills
  • Background in
    sales, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Ability to work
    independently and remotely
    in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the
    mental health, wellness, or non-profit sector
    is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications
    , or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
