Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead in Stock Market, based in Delhi, India. The Team Lead will oversee daily trading activities, mentor and guide the trading team, create and implement trading strategies, and analyze market trends. The role involves ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, optimizing the use of AI-powered tools, and providing performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in stock market trading and investment strategies
  • Experience in equity, derivatives, and commodities trading
  • Expertise in using AI-powered trading tools and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively
  • In-depth understanding of SEBI regulations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
  • At least 1 years of experience in a leading role within the stock market or financial sector
