Who are we looking for?

As a Growth Associate, you will be directly mentored by the CEO, and you'll be at the

forefront of our growth journey, helping us expand our client base by running various

growth experiments. You must be eager to invest and trade in the stock market. This

role offers the perfect blend of independence and accountability, with opportunities

to connect with people, share your enthusiasm for investing, and create lasting

relationships.

Qualifications

- A recent graduate with degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or a

related field/ Pursuing degree.

- A natural extrovert with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident with a strong desire to succeed.

- Basic knowledge of the stock market, trading, and investment concepts is an

advantage.

- A resilient and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented

role.

- Tech-savvy with experience using various AI platforms such as ChatGPT

Responsibilities

- Identify growth channels and take full ownership to drive business development

- Have full responsibility and ownership of P&L management

- Use creative strategies and growth hacking to create low-cost & high impact

campaigns

- Help build and lead new funnels for business acquisition
