Experience Required: 8–10 years in sales, with at least5-7 years in a team lead or supervisory role

Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Team Lead to take charge of lead monitoring, support the sales team, and drive conversions for key products. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution—mentoring the team, ensuring every lead is followed up on, and pushing hard to meet targets and grow business.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.

 Drive enterprise sales in the EdTech industry, with proven domestic and global coverage.

 Cultivate and strengthen C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring long-term client partnerships.

 Lead end-to-end sales cycles—identifying opportunities, architecting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.

 Act as a mentor and leader to the team: guide them in creating impactful pitches, lead client meetings confidently, and coach them in developing persuasive sales narratives.

 Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to provide strategic inputs on lead quality, campaign content, and effective domestic and international lead generation.

 Drive CRM adoption and discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, conversion tracking, and executive-level reporting.

 Monitor market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and emerging technologies to shape proactive go-to-market strategies.

 Partner with internal delivery, technical, and marketing teams to craft differentiated value propositions and winning proposals.

 Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure professional development, accountability, and achievement of sales targets.

 Represent the organization at strategic forums, industry events, and leadership meetings, reinforcing the company's global brand presence.

Candidate Profile

 Experience: 8–12 years in EdTech enterprise sales, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing seasoned sales professionals.

 Proven global and domestic exposure in driving enterprise-level consultative sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

 Demonstrated expertise in leading complex sales engagements, building executive-level client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams.

 Strong commercial acumen, negotiation excellence, and executive communication skills.

 Hands-on experience in CRM systems with a focus on pipeline management, conversion improvement, and executive reporting.

 Ability to think strategically while executing with operational discipline and results orientation.

 MBA/PGDM in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or IT Management strongly preferred.
