About the Role:

Auburn is seeking an experienced **Team Lead – Client Servicing** to oversee high-impact marketing projects and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams, handling government bodies or ministries, and driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns involving **content, paid media, PR, and social media**.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of **10–12 client servicing professionals**, ensuring top-quality client engagement and delivery.

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with **government bodies, ministries, and institutional clients**.

* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, PR, and digital) to ensure seamless project execution.

* Develop and execute effective client strategies aligned with campaign goals and brand objectives.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.

* Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations efficiently.

* Provide leadership, guidance, and training to enhance team productivity and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* **10+ years of experience** in client servicing/account management within a **marketing or advertising agency**.

* Proven experience working with **government clients or ministries** is **mandatory**.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing **10–12 team members**.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **English and Hindi**.

* In-depth understanding of **content marketing, paid media, PR, and social media**.

* Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
