Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- Drive enterprise sales in the EdTech industry, with proven domestic and global coverage.
- Cultivate and strengthen C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring long term client partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles—identifying opportunities, architecting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
- Act as a mentor and leader to the team: guide them in creating impactful pitches, lead client meetings confidently, and coach them in developing persuasive sales narratives.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to provide strategic inputs on lead quality, campaign content, and effective domestic and international lead generation.
- Drive CRM adoption and discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, conversion tracking, and executive-level reporting.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and emerging technologies to shape proactive go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with internal delivery, technical, and marketing teams to craft differentiated value propositions and winning proposals.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure professional development, accountability, and achievement of sales targets.
- Represent the organization at strategic forums, industry events, and leadership meetings, reinforcing the company's global brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–12 years in EdTech enterprise sales, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing seasoned sales professionals.
- Proven global and domestic exposure in driving enterprise-level consultative sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading complex sales engagements, building executive-level client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation excellence, and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in CRM systems with a focus on pipeline management, conversion improvement, and executive reporting.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with operational discipline and results orientation.
- MBA/PGDM in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or IT Management strongly preferred.
