Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role based in Dwarka/Noida. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate with drivers, agents, and operators, and ensure smooth implementation of platform features. Duties include managing team performance, resolving user queries, streamlining processes, and achieving business targets. The role involves providing strategic insights, mentoring team members, and creating reports on operational outcomes. Language must Marathi and Gujrati.

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms; familiarity with app-based ecosystems
  • Experience in operations management, customer service, or similar roles
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the taxi industry or transportation sector is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
