Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to promote the hotel.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the client base.
  • Coordination with Operations:
  • Work closely with the front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of client events and services.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Revenue Management & Reporting:
  • Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable):
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
