About the Role:

We're looking for a smart, field-driven, sales-minded professional
 to build strong local networks for our Ayurveda and Integrative Wellness practice.

The role is 
fully on-ground
 — meeting wellness centres, RWAs, hospitals, and community influencers to create collaboration and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wellness & Clinic Partnerships:
     Identify and meet Ayurveda clinics and wellness centres; fix meetings for collaboration and referrals; maintain lead database.
  • RWA Engagements:
     Connect with RWAs/housing societies to organize wellness events, camps, and health talks.
  • Influencer Connects:
     Meet local influencers (yoga, nutrition, fitness, etc.) and arrange podcasts or events for our doctors.
  • Hospital Tie-ups:
     Approach hospitals (esp. allopathy) to set up synergy or referral meetings.
  • Reporting:
     Maintain visit logs, lead trackers, and ensure weekly/monthly target achievement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Background:
     Ayurveda / Pharma / Wellness sales or hospital marketing experience.
  • Education:
     Graduate in Life Sciences, Ayurveda, Pharma, or Business (MBA preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong sales orientation and networking ability
  • Excellent communication in English & local language
  • Field-active, organized, and well-presented
  • Diligent in follow-ups and reporting
