Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our Business Development team with a focus on grid connectivity. The role involves managing regulatory compliance, securing timely approvals, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage application filing processes for securing grid connectivity at CTU and STU.
  • Conduct market research and update management on policies, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with CTUIL and STUIL for all connectivity-related matters, ensuring pre- and post-grant compliances.
  • Provide regular support to the bid management team for upcoming projects.
  • Guide execution teams on regulatory compliances related to grid connectivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in grid connectivity and regulatory matters in the renewable energy/power sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CTU, STU, CTUIL, STUIL processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record in regulatory filings, approvals, and compliance management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Power/Energy or related discipline) – Master's preferred.
