Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic BDM cum Sales Professional with strong communication skills, solid sales knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about client acquisition and promotions of our investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert clients for our investment plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company products and investment opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Requirements:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong sales knowledge and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in direct sales (preferred)
