The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, acquire new key accounts, and build lasting partnerships with industry leaders. You will be the architect of our future revenue growth, responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients in our target sectors (Paints, Plastics, Glass, Adhesives, etc.), focusing on large-scale manufacturing companies.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including Procurement Heads, R&D Managers, and senior executives.
  • Understand the technical requirements of clients and collaborate with our internal production and quality teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, sample submission, technical qualification, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and business development KPIs.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends, new applications for our products, and potential markets.
  • Represent Surendra Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to build our brand presence and generate leads.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within industrial raw materials, chemicals, or a related manufacturing sector.
  • A demonstrable track record of acquiring new key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior-level management.
  • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate product specifications and benefits.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
