Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Assistant Manager at PAF Studios, located in Alwar. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with teams, assist in project planning and execution, and ensure smooth workflow within the studio. The role involves administrative duties, maintaining schedules, and helping manage client communications. The ideal candidate will play an integral part in refining and streamlining project processes to meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client communication and team collaboration
  • Organizational and time-management skills for handling project planning and coordination
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Basic understanding of video production processes is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools is a plus
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field
