Role Description

This full-time on-site Administrative Intern role is based in Kochi. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, support customer service functions, maintain accurate records, and help streamline organizational operations. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, supporting financial documentation processes and supporting founders in day-to-day functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assist in reporting tasks, and support decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to assist in financial documentation and processes.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and adaptability to learn new systems.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
