Location: MG Road, Imperial Trade Centre, Kochi, Kerala

Role Overview:

We're looking for a System Administrator to manage our servers, websites, databases, and IT infrastructure. You'll also handle security, backups, cloud management, and support for internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain servers, websites, databases, and cloud systems.
  • Ensure security with firewalls, SSL, backups, and malware protection.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
  • Perform migrations, upgrades, and system monitoring.
  • Manage domains, DNS, and email systems (Office365, GSuite, Zoho).
  • Work with multiple teams like PHP, UI/UX, WordPress, App Dev, Marketing, Accounts, QA, Sales, HR, vendors, and clients.
  • Respond to incidents and ensure smooth IT operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Linux & Windows administration
  • Network setup and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) & databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
  • cPanel/WHM, Plesk, CloudLinux, Proxmox, VMware, AWS
  • Backup & recovery, system monitoring, mail server management
  • Security tools (CSF, ModSecurity, Cloudflare, Imunify360, ClamAV)
  • Scripting & automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, communication
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and time management
  • Crisis handling, proactive mindset, and decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, ECE, or related field
  • RHCSA and RHCE certifications preferred
  • Experience in system administration and cloud management
