Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory/Azure AD, and Windows systems support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a senior administrator role while supporting international clients, primarily in Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).


• Troubleshoot and administer Office 365 and Exchange Server environments.


• Manage Active Directory / Azure AD users and groups.


• Perform remote and onsite user support and assistance.


• Conduct daily systems maintenance, performance checks, and backup remediation.


• Install, configure, and support desktop devices, thin clients, servers, and network equipment.


• Utilize Intune / SCCM for device management and patching.


• Liaise with 3rd party vendors for issue resolution.


• Document IT processes, tickets, and resolutions.


• Ensure compliance with IT security best practices.


• Escalate complex issues to senior administrators when necessary.


• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.

Required Skills & Experience


• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration (internship/project experience considered).


• Proven experience in Office 365 troubleshooting and administration.


• Strong knowledge of -

  • Microsoft operating systems and applications o Active Directory / Azure AD (L1–L2)
  • Windows Server & Desktop support (L2)
  • SCCM / Intune (basic knowledge preferred)
  • Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools (basic)
  • Networking, general software, and hardware


• Experience in a Level 1 IT Support role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and a positive "can-do" attitude.


• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
