Millennium Infologic is looking for a competent Systems Administrator.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 3 – 6 years

Job Description

  • Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016.
  • Manage Active Directory, server and workstation.
  • Manage Microsoft365 - Users, Groups, SharePoint, Exchange.
  • Manage CrowdStrike Endpoint Security.
  • Manage Application and Licesning
  • Should have experience in managing firewalls like Fortigate - Rules, WAF, VPN, etc.
  • Familiar with WSUS Server Configuration and Patch Deployment
  • Familiar with ticketing tool like FreshService and Asset management.
  • Familiar with OS imaging using WDS - PXE BOOT.
  • Have familiarity with MS SQL server, windows clustering, domain controller setup, and group policies.
  • Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices
  • Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations.
  • Manage vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services
  • Manage the physical environment of the server racks including cable management, documentation and labelling
  • Expertise in implementing policies for securing the network and servers from external threats.
  • Must work independently to manage full scope of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills: Windows, Linux, FortiGate firewall, Hyper-V.

Desirable Skills: Window system administration, Linux, FortiGate firewall, IPsec VPN tunnel, LAN management, Hyper-V.
