Job Summary:
The Administration Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, with a focus on document handling, data management (Excel & Google Sheets), and coordination with customers and universities. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth administrative flow and professional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain student and institutional documents accurately and securely.
- Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets and Google Sheets for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, universities, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing and verifying application forms, reports, and documentation for university processing.
- Track and update status reports for ongoing cases and follow-ups.
- Support management with administrative reports and data analysis.
- Ensure timely submission and filing of relevant records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all institutional and customer data.
- Assist in other administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or documentation roles (education sector preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
