The Marketing & Administration Executive is responsible for managing marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and front office operations at Medlounges Express – Skin & Hair Care Clinic. The role focuses on promoting clinic services, coordinating patient interactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities for the clinic.
  • Support social media management and online promotions.
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials (banners, brochures, etc.).
  • Help organize events, awareness programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and collect customer feedback.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Administrative & Front Office Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations including patient reception, registration, and appointment scheduling.
  • Greet clients courteously and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
  • Handle calls, messages, and emails professionally.
  • Maintain client records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support HR and management in attendance tracking and communication.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate procurement for clinic and marketing needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the clinic environment.
  • Assist in preparing Excel reports and administrative documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in marketing, customer service, and healthcare sector.
  • Positive attitude, presentable, and willingness to learn.
