Education: B.E. in Electronics/ETC or Diploma in ETC (or equivalent)

Products Handled:

  • Active Networking Products (e.g., Switches, Routers, Wireless Solutions)
  • Passive Networking Products (e.g., Cables, Patch Panels, Racks, Accessories)

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid background in working with system integrators (SIs), distributors, and end customers
  • Strong relationships across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with strong execution capability

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1Regional Channel Business Development: Plan, execute, and grow the regional business through an efficient channel partner ecosystem, ensuring robust market presence across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Own and deliver regional targets related to sales volume, revenue, receivables, and product mix on a quarterly and annual basis.
  3. Strategic Engagement: Understand the business needs of channel partners and end customers. Craft tailored solutions and proposals while effectively positioning DIGISOL products at the executive decision-making level.
  4. Sales Pipeline & Lead Generation: Implement industry best practices to drive high-quality lead generation, opportunity pipeline creation, and conversion. Experiment with innovative sales tactics to unlock new opportunities.
  5. Product & Market Intelligence: Work closely with the Product Management team to relay regional insights, feedback, and market trends. Collaborate to support new product development and roadmap alignment.
  6. Sales Execution & Forecasting: Manage sales cycles from lead to closure through accurate account planning, forecasting, cold calling, on-ground visits, and engaging presentations.
  7. Channel Partner Management: Establish and strengthen relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and channel partners at T1, T2, and T3 levels. Support and drive their growth in alignment with company objectives.
  8. Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance KPIs. Be the face of DIGISOL in your region by maintaining high visibility and strong market engagement
