Job Overview:

St. Fox is seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partner alliances and channel sales. The role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.

  • Develop strong, long-term partner relationships to drive business growth.

  • Ensure partners are aligned with St. Fox's value proposition and service portfolio.

● Sales Growth & Revenue

  • Drive revenue growth through channel partners for cybersecurity and managed services offerings.

  • Work with partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and GTM activities.

  • Monitor partner pipeline, forecast sales, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

● Enablement & Training

  • Conduct regular partner enablement sessions and product/service training.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create sales enablement tools, partner collateral, and campaigns.

● Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with OEMs, technology vendors, and distributors to maximize joint opportunities.

  • Negotiate channel agreements, incentive programs, and pricing models to ensure competitiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

● 5–8 years of experience in channel sales / partner management within IT, Cybersecurity, or MSP domain.

● Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, managed services, and IT system integration. Saint Fox Consultancy (P) Ltd.

● Should have basic Cisco knowledge/ Security knowledge.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel/partner ecosystems.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
