Pandhal is a premium F&B retail and manufacturing brand with a heritage dating back to 1984. Pandhal Global gourmet is from the house of CGH Earth group of Hotels and CAFS (casino air caterers & flight services). Headquartered in Kochi, we operate boutique cake shops, cafés, speciality coffee shop and a modern 22,000 sq. ft. Central Production Facility. Our manufacturing division partners with HoReCa and corporate clients to deliver artisanal bakery and pastry solutions under the Pandhal and Mattanchere Spice brands.

With the festive and corporate gifting season approaching, Pandhal is expanding its B2B footprint and is looking for a Domestic Sales Manager who is well-connected with the Kochi and pan India corporate ecosystem to drive strategic partnerships and sales.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead B2B and corporate sales initiatives within Kochi and key corporate matket outside kochi markets.


• Leverage existing corporate networks and relationships to generate high-value leads, especially in the festive gifting segment.


• Identify and onboard new HoReCa, institutional, and corporate clients, positioning Pandhal as their trusted bakery & gifting partner.


• Design and implement local sales strategies aligned with the company's revenue goals.


• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.


• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and seasonal targets.


• Represent Pandhal at networking events, corporate forums, and B2B exhibitions.


• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Report to GM Sales.

Key Requirements


•3-5 years of proven sales experience in F&B, HoReCa, corporate gifting, or allied sectors.


• Strong network within the Kochi corporate community is essential.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proven ability to drive B2B sales independently and deliver on targets.


• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.


• Passion for premium food brands and artisanal products.
