About Chroma Creative

We're a newly launching creative and digital marketing agency built by experienced minds from the industry — people who've been behind real campaigns, real results, and real business growth. Chroma Creative blends strategy with content to help businesses grow with clarity, creativity, and intent.

Now, we're setting up our office in Cochin — and we're looking for a Sales Executive who's ready to lead from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Bring in new business: local companies, startups, and brands that need real marketing, not just social media posts
  • Pitch our creative and strategic services with clarity and confidence
  • Leverage your own network for quick client conversions
  • Work directly with the core team to build proposals, close deals, and hit targets
  • Be the face of Chroma in Cochin as we launch and scale

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with prior sales experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, branding, or media
  • Well-connected in Cochin's business circles
  • Confident communicator, great at understanding client needs and offering solutions
  • Someone who can take ownership — no hand-holding
  • Bonus: You've sold creative services or digital campaigns before

Compensation & Perks

  • Fixed salary + high commission (uncapped)
