About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Full Stack Digital Marketer with a strong grasp of multi-channel digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns across platforms — driving qualified leads, enhancing ROI, and fueling brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • CPC & Lead Generation: Develop and execute cost-effective CPC campaigns with end-to-end lead funnel management and nurturing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report performance across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
  • Growth Marketing: Implement data-driven experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to accelerate business growth.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize CRM and automation tools for lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure campaigns are search-friendly and conversion-optimized.
  • AI & MarTech Integration (Bonus): Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, personalize campaigns, and enhance performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, tech, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Experience in Logistics marketing is a big plus.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience in growth marketing and full-funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in BI tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI-based tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
