Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Executive – USA Process (Lead Generation & Sales)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Work

Type: Full-time | Night Shift (US Time Zone) Industry: BPO / International Call Center Experience: fresher and Minimum 1 year in international outbound calling (USA process preferred)

Job Description: We are hiring freshers and experienced Outbound Lead Generation Executive for our US-based lead generation and sales process. Join our fast-growing international call center startup and be a part of a high-energy team driving customer acquisition and sales for global clients.

Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects in the USA using dialer systems. Pitch products/services confidently to generate interest and qualify leads. Convert warm leads into sales with persuasive communication. Handle objections, answer questions, and maintain customer engagement. Accurately update lead details, call notes, and follow-up actions in CRM. Meet daily/weekly/monthly purpose for leads and conversions. Coordinate with team leads and supervisors for performance improvement. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines in every call. Contribute ideas to improve calling scripts and conversion strategies.

Requirements: Freshers and minimum 1 year of experience in outbound international calling (preferably USA process). Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent. Strong communication along with Lead generation & sales closing skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and lead management systems. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced startup environment. Flexible with night shifts (US time zones). Minimum Bachelor's Degree Basic Knowledge Of Microsoft Office.
