Job Title: Reservation Executive

Experience: 2-3 years in travel industry and GDS systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B agent queries and provide timely support

  • Issue tickets and ensure accurate documentation

  • Manage invoicing and payment collection from agents

  • Perform date changes, refunds, and voids of tickets as needed

  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, travel, and tour vendors

  • Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

  • Efficiently resolve regular queries of downstream agents while maintaining quality

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings

  • Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

  • Manage and train team of JR Reservation Executive/s

Skills:

  • At-least of 2-3 years of experience in Travel Sector and preference shall be given to candidates having strong experience in travel domain and should have at-least 2-3 years of experience in using all the three GDS systems.

  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs

  • Preference shall be given to GDS/IATA certified ticketing license holder

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced knowledge of GDS systems and travel industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

  • Team Management and capacity Building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹38,000.00 per month
