As a **Air Ticketing Executive**, you will be responsible for managing the ticketing process for travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and other travel services. You will oversee the reservations, bookings, and issuance of travel tickets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
- Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents.
- Process ticket changes and refunds
- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel ticketing, reservations
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and airline reservation platforms **e.g. Amadeus**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with customers professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
