Title: Senior Reservation Executive

Experience: 4-8 years in travel industry and GDS systems, with leadership experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ticket reservation and issuance process

  • Mentor junior executives and provide training on GDS systems

  • Manage complex agent queries and resolve issues

  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement

  • Manage sales team of Sales Executives, set / review and implement sales targets of Sales Executives in discussion with Team Leader

  • Manage and train team of JR Reservation Executive/s and Reservation Executive/s

Skills:

  • Expertise in GDS systems and travel industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Team Management and capacity Building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
