Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective students using provided leads (inbound & outbound)
  • Explain skill-based courses such as Graphics, VFX, Interior Design, Fashion, Digital Marketing, Photography, etc.
  • Inform students about course curriculum, duration, fees, offers & career opportunities
  • Counsel students and parents over the phone and address their queries
  • Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
  • Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, or walk-in visits
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up status in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language preferred)
  • Confident, persuasive & student-friendly approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle objections and close admissions
  • Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in education counselling / skill education sales is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Passion for education, counselling & sales
