Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Surat. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and assist with planning and resource management. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing operational challenges to ensure successful project execution. Collaboration with different departments and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory protocols will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of construction or infrastructure projects
  • Leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage initiatives and align with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Previous experience in infrastructure is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements
