Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Office Management
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Handle daily email correspondence and phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital + physical).
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive.
- Ensure timely flow of information across departments.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and presentations.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and spreadsheets.
- Manage confidential documents with discretion.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
4. Project & Task Management
- Track deadlines, priorities, and project milestones.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support for operational and strategic initiatives.
5. Financial & Operational Support
- Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- Support basic budgeting, procurement, and invoice tracking.
- Coordinate with accounts, HR, and admin teams where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and time management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
