Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue growth across the enterprise segment through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise client acquisition and account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Define KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics; track and optimize pipeline efficiency.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive threats to continuously evolve sales strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and success in client engagements.
  • Champion CoRover's suite of AI solutions, including BharatGPT and voice-video commerce AI platforms, in customer conversations.
  • Represent CoRover at industry events, conferences, and enterprise networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B technology/SaaS sales in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling enterprise sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with sales automation tools, CRM platforms, and enterprise networking tools (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Must be aware about the North market
