Job Description
This is a full-time in-person position in Kolkata, the working hours will be 11-8PM. We ask for
this timing to ensure you get enough time with our management based in the United States. We
are looking for an Associate Product Manager. This should be someone who either has strong
technical skills from their university or someone with at least one year of Product Management
Experience. We need someone who is hungry to learn, and build some of the most state-of-art
products the transportation industry has to offer. You will be in charge of working with our
existing Senior Product Manager, CTO, & the entire engineering team to prepare user stories,
epics, product roadmap, and product vision.
Job Role
You must be able to work autonomously
Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap through
deliverables to enable the product team to complete work
Drafts user stories and ensures they are clearly understood by cross functional product
teams
Adherence to the modern product management practises and standards; providing
periodic status updates
Strong research enabling sound Product Discovery
Assist in defining user experience (e.g. wire framing journey maps); partnering with
product designers
Help with recruitment/distribution of devices to engineers
Have a closer tie up with CS/Sales team
Education & Experience
Graduate degree from an accredited university with a technical background preferred
1 year of product management or startup experience
Proven track record supporting or leading large, complex features or products with
multiple partners
