Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Kolkata. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing customer relationships, processing insurance applications, handling policy inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires active communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Associate will also assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in processing insurance applications and handling policy inquiries
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
