Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Associate Branch Manager. The Associate Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage and mentor a team, drive sales and business development activities, and ensure achievement of performance targets. This role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines to support effective branch management.

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities
  • Operational knowledge in Reporting, Policy Compliance, and Administrative Oversight
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and strategize for continuous improvement
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
