Our fast-growing SaaS testing platform is looking to add an experienced Technical Account Manager to our team to drive customer adoption, engagement, and success.

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help tell Katalon's story to the world. If you have a passion for technology, storytelling, and bringing clarity to complex products, this is your opportunity to make an impact at a global scale.

Your Role

As the primary communication bridge with our users and stakeholders, you will deeply understand the Katalon platform and its benefits. You'll translate product capabilities into value-driven stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, influence our go-to-market strategy, and empower sales and customer success teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Katalon platform and translate it into clear, differentiated messaging for our target audiences.
  • Partner with Product Management to define and communicate the product's value proposition across go-to-market channels.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and product overviews to help accelerate deal velocity.
  • Develop content for every stage of the buyer journey: case studies, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and web copy.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and sales plays.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to fuel campaigns with strong narratives and proof points.
  • Act as a product advocate, helping represent Katalon at webinars, events, and community discussions.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer insights, trends, and market gaps.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of experience in SaaS product marketing (enterprise/B2B preferred).
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and Sales in high-growth software companies.
  • Understanding of QA, DevOps, or test automation technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in messaging, positioning, and launch execution.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
