Job Description - Product Marketing Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team at PXS Global. This role will focus on driving the strategic direction and execution of product marketing initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for developing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to help us refine our messaging, accelerate pipeline growth, and position PXS Global as a leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Portfolio & Messaging: Develop and maintain a unified product portfolio view, defining core use cases, creating internal cheat-sheets, and ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy: Partner with Sales Enablement to cross-train global GTM teams and drive readiness for key product launches, ensuring alignment with the overall GTM strategy.
- Customer-Facing Materials: Create and publish impactful customer-facing materials, including a global company/product overview deck, a roadmap view, and tailored playbooks for mid-market and verticals.
- ICP Framework & Positioning: Finalize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) framework and positioning guide, transforming it into a sales and marketing enablement tool.
- Product Learning & Insights: Host regular product learning sessions, conduct competitive and market insights briefings, and publish thought leadership materials to keep the organization informed and engaged.
- Partner & Market Support: Support partner sales teams with foundational PMM and GTM materials and help drive cross-sell strategies, pricing/packaging, and the development of a unified Sales Hub.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies, sales enablement, and product positioning.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM teams.
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise sales teams to drive pipeline growth and product adoption.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives.
- Experience creating and managing internal and external product marketing collateral.
Preferred to Have:
- Experience in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or Customer Experience solutions.
- Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Technology.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
