Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the bridge between our products and our market, driving the go-to-market strategy for new features and products. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, creating impactful content, and leveraging data to ensure our message resonates with our target audience. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and updates, including market positioning, and messaging.
- Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, product videos, and sales decks.
- Manage and optimize the company's website to ensure it is engaging, user-friendly, and effectively communicates our product value proposition. This includes A/B testing, SEO optimization, and content updates.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads) to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue.
- Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior, track campaign performance, and inform marketing strategies. A strong focus on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.
- Leverage AI tools for content generation, data analysis, market research, and campaign optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the product management, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure a unified and consistent product message.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use these insights to refine our marketing strategy.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven experience creating high-quality digital content that drives results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and website management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) for content creation and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
