Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoices, expenses, and petty cash
- Support HR activities including attendance, onboarding, and employee records
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
