Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
- Handle correspondence through phone calls and emails
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure availability of office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
Telecalling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Communicate company products and services to clients/customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when required
- Update customer data accurately in company systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good verbal communication skills (English ,Tamil Malayalam)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, front office, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with CRM or call management tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
