Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem for an Assistant Front Office Manager at CJ Pallazzio Hotel. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage office administration tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing customer queries, ensuring smooth operation of the front office, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Front Office operations, Office Administration, and management
- Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and train front office staff effectively
- Proficiency in managing reservations and maintaining records accurately
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
