Why this role matters
We are hiring a Head of Growth who will bring international clients to Rohmate and own end-to-end commercial outcomes. You will not be a link in a chain. You will own pipeline, partnerships, proposals and revenue. If you can open doors abroad and close enterprise consulting deals, you will be rewarded with equity and a meaningful cut of profits from the clients you bring.
You will own
- Sourcing, qualifying and closing international clients (consulting, product and transformation deals).
- Building and running enterprise outbound and channel motions, partnerships, agencies and sales reps.
- Creating pricing and proposal structures that scale and protect margins.
- Running a metrics driven funnel: CAC, LTV, win rates, sales cycle length.
- Leading a small commercial team and coordinating delivery with product and delivery leads.
What we expect
- Proven experience winning international enterprise or cross-border consulting/SaaS deals.
- Network of buyers or partners in North America, UK, Middle East or APAC markets.
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, deal structuring, negotiation, contract terms.
- Experience with consultative sales, account-based marketing and channel partnerships.
- Excellent written and spoken English and comfort with senior stakeholder conversations.
