to lead and manage our technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about building systems, managing teams, and driving product innovation from the ground up.

Role Overview:

The Head – IT
will oversee all aspects of the company's technology operations — from software development and system architecture to IT support and digital security. This role combines leadership and technical depth — you'll manage the IT team, ensure smooth tech operations, and guide the development of innovative digital solutions that power Investza's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the
    IT and software development team
    at the Pune office.
  • Oversee
    system architecture, software design, and technical execution
    for company projects.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to develop scalable digital solutions.
  • Ensure all IT systems and processes are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.
  • Manage and monitor daily IT operations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve productivity and performance.
  • Support integration of technology in
    web, app, and AI-based tools
    .
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, data storage, and backup systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for tech support and tools.
  • Build a collaborative and efficient team culture focused on innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    .
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience
    as a
    Software Developer or IT Lead
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    web and app development frameworks

  • Familiarity with
    cloud infrastructure, APIs, data management, and cybersecurity practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
