Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing (Omnichannel Growth) to lead brand, performance, and customer growth initiatives across online and offline channels. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in scaling D2C brands, building teams, and driving measurable impact across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a 360 growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, and retail.
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, influencer, and affiliate ecosystems.
  • Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns that unify digital and in-store brand experiences.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across creative, media, and CRM functions.
  • Partner with product, sales, and technology teams to align marketing strategy with business goals.
  • Own key performance metrics — CAC, ROAS, retention, and overall brand growth.
  • Oversee brand storytelling, positioning, and content strategy to strengthen recall and differentiation.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI across all channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8–15 years of marketing experience with D2C, consumer, or lifestyle brands (e.g., Mamaearth, Atomberg, Frido, Snitch, Comet Shoes, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and omnichannel strategy.
  • Proven success in scaling early or mid-stage consumer brands to national presence.
  • Strong analytical and creative balance — able to interpret data while building emotional brand connect.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
