Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing based in Pune. The responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth. The role involves overseeing account management, driving sales, leading the team, managing sales operations, and ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with overall company objectives. The candidate will collaborate across departments to optimize market reach and support organizational expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and performance metrics
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and building strong client relations
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets
  • Effective Team Management skills and leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the workforce management and technology landscape is an added advantage
