Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales (Solar PV) at AATMANIRBHAR SOLAR PVT LTD, located in Pune. The Head of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage and expand client accounts, strategize for revenue growth, and lead the sales team to meet business objectives. Additional responsibilities include setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, and providing training and support to team members to optimize their performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and data interpretation
  • Experience in Account Management, including client relationship building and retention
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Effective Team Management skills, such as leadership, coaching, and team development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Solar PV industry or renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel locally as required and work on-site in Pune
