Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Associate will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of the Process Industries, especially Thermal/ Nuclear Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer sectors
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
