Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding and purchasing properties, providing detailed information on available properties, and guiding clients through the legal paperwork and loan process. The role includes conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the real estate market and property values
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Proficiency with technology-enabled tools and software
  • Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
