Role Description

The Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, processing transactions at the point of sale, and contributing to achieving the store's sales targets. The Retail Sales Associate will work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming and seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to assist and engage with customers effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities to maintain store standards and resolve customer inquiries
  • Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic retail setting
